It is Sonoran Electronics Inc policy to verify the end use and the end users for all exports involving our products, technical data, technology, or software. This is to ensure full compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations and the laws and regulations of the countries where we do business. Because the items you are purchasing are being exported and used outside the United States, we ask you to complete this form in its entirety and return it to the Sonoran Electronics Inc employee who provided it to you.

This form is also used to capture pertinent data regarding the transaction so that we may apply for any required license(s) and ensure we have all the information necessary to complete the shipment of your order.

I (we) certify to the following:

1. I (We) will not sell, export, re-export, divert or otherwise transfer any Sonoran Electronics Inc products, technology or software for use in activities which involve the development, production, use or stockpiling of nuclear activities of any kind, chemical or biological weapons or missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles, or microprocessors for military use, nor use Sonoran Electronics Inc products in any facilities which are engaged in activities relating to such weapons or applications, without prior authorization from the U.S. Government and notification to Sonoran Electronics Inc.

2. I (We) will not sell, export, re-export, divert or otherwise transfer any Sonoran Electronics Inc products, technology or software to any entity or country subject to U.S. Government approval, including, but not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria unless otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government.

3.I (We) will not sell, export, re-export, divert or otherwise transfer any Sonoran Electronics Inc products, technology or software for China military end-use or end-users, Venezuela military end-use or end-users or Russian military end-use or end-users unless otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government.

4.I (We) acknowledge that United States law prohibits the sale, export or re-export, diversion or transfer, or other participation in any export transaction involving Sonoran Electronics Inc products with individuals or companies listed in the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Denial Orders, the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of State’s list of individuals debarred from receiving Munitions List items.

5. I (We) will abide by all applicable United States and/or purchasing country export control laws and regulations for all products purchased from Sonoran Electronics Inc and will obtain any licenses or approvals required by the U.S. Government and/or the purchasing countries’ Government prior to the sale, export, re-export, diversion or otherwise transfer of Sonoran Electronics Inc's products, software or technology.
